The Sheen (شين) application is a commercial intermediary platform that enables users in Yemen to browse and select products from international online stores (such as SHEIN, Amazon, and AliExpress), while providing local payment methods and delivery services to Yemen. Sheen does not own, manufacture, or stock any of the products displayed. We purchase items on behalf of the customer from the original store and arrange delivery to the customer's address.
The customer bears full responsibility for their selections when placing an order, including: product type, colour, size, quantity, and specifications. We strongly advise reviewing the size chart and product details carefully before confirming your order. Sheen shall not be held liable for any unsuitability of size, colour variation, or any discrepancies resulting from the customer's own selection.
Electrical and electronic products: Sheen shall not be held liable for any manufacturing defects or factory damage, as products are shipped as-is from the original store.
Due to the current circumstances in Yemen and the nature of international shipping, returns and exchanges are not available for any products once an order has been confirmed and paid for.
